Widget Badge Ad Space
Can you stand it? Digital Dish is now offering you yet another way to advertise your catalog or IMVU related website thus potentially sending you well targeted traffic. Best part? You can use your 20×20 sized widget badge that you already work so hard to market. Let us help market you too!
You have two purchase options. For an introductory rate of 10,000 credits (that’s 50% off!) you can purchase a gold, lifetime 20×20 slot. Or, you can rent a silver 20×20 slot for 1,000 credits per month. It doesn’t get any better than that!
The ad space can be found towards the bottom of the website and is apart of the footer, so it’s included on every page! Be truly apart of the website and leave your mark. Be one of the first to reserve your place to take advantage of the low, introductory price. It won’t last long!

Create Badges – 25% Off
Today until 11:59pm PST, you can create your very own widget badge for 25% off! That means for regular members, it only costs 75,000 credits and 67,500 credits if you have a VIP membership.
As taken from the Sales Page and then edited by me:
The price of badges is relatively high to help make badges special, collectible, and valuable. When you get a badge, you know it was created by someone who really loves IMVU, and who wanted you to have something special to show off in your profile [or because they caved into peer pressure and wanted a shiny like everyone else].
Here are the steps required to create your own custom badge.
- Decide your badge size
- Create your image (JPG, BMP, and PNG file formats are supported) [And here is where I interject and tell you to create the badge as a GIF and upload it as a GIF because that is the ONLY format it actually supports since the badges are converted to that format after upload. You'll get some pretty yucky graphics that way so just make it a GIF first!]
- Import your image
- Cry over the amount of money you just spent on a pixelated picture.
There are two three methods to give badges to your friends.
- Manually give the badge to your friend
a. Click on “Manage Badges” in your account settings page
b. Click on “Grant/Revoke” Option
c. Type in avatar name that you and hit the “Grant Button” - Automatically give badges to profile page visitors who requests them.
a. Click on “Manage Badges” in your account accounts page
b. Click on the “Edit Settings”
c. Click on the “Badges Auto Grant” box
d. If you want to restrict who can get your badges, use the Panel Visibility Settings
on your account settings page to choose a sub-set of visitors, e.g. your buddy - Use an automatic badge script. Several people offer one. Just browse around the forums for it.
Digital Dish Wants Your Badges!
Digital Dish is looking to collect your badges. Send it to us and you might find yourself getting some extra sales through free promotion from us! In fact, we want your badges so badly, that the owner of the 500th badge we collect, gets a prize!
Feel free to auto grant any badges you see to us, but remember that only the owner of the badge (as in, the person who created it) will win a gift. In the event that a mystery badge is granted as the 500th badge, we will award the next badge the prize.
The badge level has been hidden to deter naughty users from cheating!
Edit: Apparently people are confused. While I’d love to collect your badges on my main account, the contest involves sending them to DigitalDish.
